Kelly Ripa has a thing or two to say about what her husband, Mark Consuelos, told her during the births of their three children they share together.
Live! Along with Kelly And Ryan, the co-host was responding to an Instagram post shared by influencer Amanda Hirsch who asked people, “What’s one thing your partner did, said or brought to the hospital that really helped you through your birthing experience?”
While many mothers posted a long list of comments and gestures of support that their mates made or told them when needed, Ripa joined Hirsch and many others who shared funny anecdotes that their husbands have released during the hours of their deliveries.

Hirsch, 34, kicked off her Instagram post by revealing several funny responses her man told her: “Are you done?” (To me after contractions) and ‘My chair is really uncomfortable.’
The actress, host and social media star added that her husband actually told her, “I’m so tired” while she was in labour.
Ripa, 52, was quick to jump in and add some of her own in the comments section of Hirsch’s post.

The couple, who will celebrate their 27th wedding anniversary next May, are the proud parents of sons Michael, 25, and Joaquin, 19, and daughter Lola, 21.

Some of the other commenters reminisced about receiving various foods and beverages, including a woman who received “post-delivery jalapeño margaritas” from her significant other, who she added, “Highly recommend.”
Then there were the puzzles which left a lot of respondents miffed with some of the world’s men.
“For our first child he was filling out the paperwork and when he asked for the father’s full name he said ‘baby what is your father’s full name’ you are the father baby,” she posted .
“Right before I started pushing: ‘It’s ok if you poop, I shit my pants when I was 23,’ another mum-to-be wrote, while another quoted her man saying: ‘Like I’m getting wheeled into the OR for a caesarean… ‘so you’re just gonna give up.’

A mother has shared how her labor and delivery experience actually marked the end of her relationship with the father of her baby.
‘Not showing up at the hospital before work ‘because he had to work’ and then came in and said ‘I’m dating someone new because you weren’t there for me.’ The worst moment of my life that I struggled to enjoy,” the mother confessed.
Surprised by some of the responses, one woman wrote: ‘[These] the comments are my contraceptives” while another lady shared, “The responses here are completely depressing.
