Pamela Anderson says ‘Home Improvement’ star Tim Allen once flashed her on the set of that long-running hit TV show, in a bombshell allegation he vehemently denied.
In her next book, “Love Pamela,” Anderson recounted a day in 1991 when she was 23 and working on the new ABC show, which would become one of the most popular sitcoms of the 1990s.

“On the first day of filming, I came out of my dressing room and Tim was in the hallway in his bathrobe. He opened his robe and flashed me quickly – completely naked underneath. He said it was only fair , because he had seen me naked. Now we are even. I laughed uncomfortably,” according to an excerpt from “Love Pamela,” reported by Variety.
Anderson was Playboy magazine’s Playmate of the Month in February 1990. Her new book is due out January 31.
A rep for Anderson declined to comment to NBC News on Monday, but cited a statement the model and actor released to Vanity Fair about his relationship with Allen.
“This true story is just one of many surreal and uncomfortable situations I’ve learned to navigate,” Anderson’s statement said.
“My book describes how it made me feel over the course of my life and, in this case, my career. I have no ill will towards Tim. But like the rest, it should never have happened.
Allen, who would have been 37 at the time of the alleged incident, denied the charge in a statement to NBC News on Monday.
“No, that never happened. I would never do such a thing,” Allen’s statement said.
On the “Home Improvement” show on the “Tool Time” show, up-and-coming actor Anderson played Allen’s on-screen assistant Lisa.
She appeared in 23 “Home Improvement” episodes, almost all of them in seasons 1 and 2. Anderson then started working on another standout show – “Baywatch.”
Anderson joined the popular lifeguard drama in Season 3 and became the best-known talent on this global show.
