Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband Michael Lockwood is set to get full custody of the couple’s twins, according to reports.
Finley and Harper’s father, 14, 61, who was orphaned when Lisa Marie Presley died of cardiac arrest on January 12 at 54, was married to the singer for a decade after marrying in 2006 .
Despite rumors of a potential custody battle between Lockwood and Presley’s other ex-husband, Danny Keough, TMZ reports that the twins will be living with their father full-time.
Sources close to the family told the outlet that Finley and Harper have been living with their father since the tragic news of their mother came to light and are “comfortable” with their lifestyle.
Presley had 60% custody of the twins at the time of his death. Under California law, Lockwood would normally get full custody, unless a judge determines he is not a fit parent.
