Arkansas landed a major transfer on Sunday when the former Missouri defensive lineman Trajan Jeffcoat made its decision public. The 6-foot-4, 269-pound South Carolina senior was originally expected to pick the Gamecocks before visiting the Razorbacks over the weekend.
Jeffcoat, who should have stayed in Missouri until the spring, is now joining the Razorbacks immediately this semester, the sources say. He will have one year of eligibility left in Fayetteville.
